AOTR-Well first of all I would like to say it's a pleasure to be able to talk with you for a second. We've noticed that more people are taking the "Manager" route when it comes to creating a label of their own and managing a certain number of artists. We've done our research and you had quite the success when it comes to getting artists on board with your label FTM, so we'd like to know what do you think it takes for someone to be able to fully manage an artist let alone a group of individuals?

FTM MANAGEMENT-"Thank You For That Recognition, What I Think It Takes Is Patience To Start Off, You May See The Potential In An Artist That They May Not See In Themselves At First. It's Knowing What It Take. You Have Some Very Knack Ways, And It Takes A Person In The Management Field To Be Able To Read A Person Who Has It All, They Just Got To Believe In Themselves First. So We Work Together, Grow Together, And Also Understand Every Aspect That's Around You As Far As Promoting Their Music, Getting Showcases As Well As Image Being A Big Deal, You Have To Know Who You Are, And Sticking It Out Even When All Odds Are Against You. You Do It Enough, You Succeed In The End. I've Had Experience Doing Both Individual And Group".

AOTR-Absolutely! What got you into management as a whole? Were you doing music first and then decided to start managing or was this somethin that you wanted to do from the start?

FTM MANAGEMENT-"To Start It Off My Big Brother Was A Music Fanatic Before He Went

In The Service. I Myself Didn't Do Music But I| Was Involved In Doing Podcast With A Friend Of Mines, A Made A Lil Tape For The Start Tune. But Around That Time My Younger Siblings Decided To Pick Up Where Our Big Bro Left Off And It Turned Out They All Were As Talented As Him, I Didn't Want Nobody To Take Them Under Their Wing And Get Over Because The Industry Is Full Of Wickedness But Being Around The Right People And Putting God First, You Can Never Go Wrong.

Before This I Was Just Working And Making Money Not Knowing My Next Move But I Always Had That Manager In Me, At Work And Outside So I Just Started My Label Not Knowing What It May Bring".

AOTR- And who knew it would make such an impact and give you that push to work

with talented artists... that's great. I noticed you mentioned podcasting and seeing how that

wave is starting to come back in different ways would that be something that you would want

To do In the future because one thing I've noticed as a journalist and the more i interview

INDEPENDENT ARTISTS the more I see the podcast and radio kinda be an avenue to get

their artist out there and more radio does are

being created to build that brand up more, Would that be somethin your interested in moving forward to bring your brand out and attract more artists?

Q-Seeing as you just dropped a new project

"I'll be here if you need me" what was the thought process while in the making of this album and what can we expect in the future with the change of the new name?

A-"I basically wanted to make the best farewell project that I could while giving my supporters a taste of what's to come next with tracks like

"Screams" "Veins" and "Tony Montana".

Also touching up on topics such as heartbreak and addiction.

You can expect a lot more tracks with harder hitting production, music videos, new collaborations, etc. I'm trying to have a campaign planned to roll out with my first single back"- Yunggonthatrack

Q-You've been on a mission lately! From your single "Don't gotta do too much" getting a lot of recognition to being nominated for awards and also being featured on numerous projects and appearances...how does it feel as an independent artist to be getting this type of recognition and what type of advice would you give other artist that are trying to do the same things you're doing or about to do?

A-"It feels unreal i literally am so grateful because i didn't think i could do this. I've been through so many ups and downs as an artist so to know people really are vibing and connecting and my hard work is not going unnoticed is nothing but God. My advice is to lock in, trust your gut, be a student of the game and really just go for it you gone hit bumps in the road but it's all about how you get up as many times as you need to . Keep God first and just go for it" -NURD

Q-We see "type beats" taking over the internet and are being used by mostly upcoming artists and some artist that are actually mainstream as well. But I'm sure like us other people wonder how producers are able to create instrumentals based on a

certain type of artist. Speaking from your point of view how would one be able to come up with melodies based on the artist alone?

WIZXRD TAYLOR- "Is this an interview question to be used for a post or blog or is this just your personal self asking"?

AOTR-"Questions we ask can be posted if agreed upon the artist, producer or business owner but if the other party is agreeing on having there comments posted then it will just be knowledge for self. But the goal is to give each artist or entrepreneur a chance to shine without being charged a fee. So yes..this would be a question for a post and blog I have a background in journalism and saw an opportunity to give Artist a place to share thoughts and content...professionally"

WIZXRD TAYLOR - "Understandable..

Creative who have lived and died by their craft for the purpose of doing their craft. Although type beats is a business pursuit to truly do it at its finest is when you do it for the unknown and the underground talent. In order to do it, you must yourself have an understanding of cultivation, of growth, a unique comprehension of being an artist. I am fortunate to have both.

I took my time day in and day out learning my sound in the many avenues I could take. I have explored every angle I could possibly think of and in spite of that those angles created more angles...and I have more to explore. Now I work with other artists and creating their melodies and angles that have yet to be tapped into. We as artist mimic, but we as producers we enhance, we provide the water and the sun. I am a producer. I don't water trees. I work with the seeds until I can get a treehouse.

In other words, listen to this artist music and if they don't have any fine ways to work with them, do Zoom calls make the beat on a spot for them let them hear your sounds let them say stop let them say this make them reei like they're in your body making the beat be the shell be empty be open to absorb what they are telling you and what their sound is. Absorb it don't mimic, absorb and feel it. when you mimic it feels as though you're doing something they've already done but when you absorb you understand, you feel and you see things in your own perspective and you regurgitate that and you give them your perspective, not just copying and pasting their own, That's why type beats don't work on YouTube because they will never work with those artists. They just copy and paste what they've heard already versus actually working with the artist and making something they want."

AOTR- "That's truly understandable some producers are out there to get the bag which is ok at times but you never really know who actually has an ear and a feel for the music as one... Nice catching up with you for a second Preciate your time Wiz!

AOTR-"You have a dope flow!! What was your thought process going into this track? And is there an album in the works"??

TheyCallMePYT-"Hey thanks. I wrote this song in 2022 at work. Just thought we all have the same 24 hours. Here's how I used mines. We have the same 24 no complaining. This was on my project 24.

AOTR-Understandable, love how you kept it simple but still delivered that gritty sound.

Normally when people drop an EP like this one they are teasing an album...could we be expecting a project for the year 2025 or are you just keeping it on the EP and single level?

TheyCallMePYT-"To be honest I just landed music with ESPN network. This is my fourth year going into my fifth year of writing/ recording songs for tv. I received a placement every month this year so going into 2025 I'm kind of already set up. Project wise I will release a mixtape, singles but I don't know about an album".

AOTR - *Congratulations on your success und landing those spots! I know it has to be a huge milestone for you! Being that this is only your fourth year and already things are popping off for you we'd like to ask what made you get into writing for television was it something that just came to you or has it always been been a dream of yours"?

TheyCallMePYT- "I started because a producer hit me up on IG. Didn't ask for a dime he just liked my music. He asked if I'd be interested, he sent me his resume, and I've been doing it ever since. I stepped out on faith when people said it was a scam. He didn't ask me for anything but he offered me something that will pay me for the rest of my life. It wasn't a dream to write music for tv but I did want to write scripts. I started writing by writing poetry and short stories. Maybe that will open that door one day".

AOTR- *That's pretty awesome opportunities like that come and go so we are glad you were able to catch it while it was in front of you!

And how do you feel about the music that's coming out of Tallahassee and the south as a collective?

7hunnitbandz-"Right now I'm currently working on a small project, somethin slight to grab the attention. Got a couple different vibes on it fasho. Also got 2 videos coming out in January as well.... tryna stay consistent is key right now. Tallahassee has got hella talent right now and with the city having the spotlight I think this is the time where small artist such as myself take the opportunity.

Boston Richey, Wizz Havinn, Bobby Fishcale etc. them boys have paved a way for the city and put the spotline on it.

"Good Friction" what's something that a listener could walk away with after listening to your latest track?

VAVRIX-"Mann these are some great questions! Yea Good Friction featuring my good friend Juno is my latest release! The initial plan was to keep releasing singles until I gain the traction I'm looking for but as life continues and new inspiration come there could be an album brewing for late next year !

Listening to Good Friction gives you a sense of empowerment as l'd like to think all my music does! Good Friction helps the listener understand just that ... Adversity, friction is ultimately good for us because it pushes us to grow, learn and change"

KOOLAZZNITE-"All I know is music, I literally dedicated my entire life to the game my ambition and dedication is what makes me the artist I am today".

And Tampa Fl shout to flawda DJ's showing me dumb love and Shout to JHIGH music from snap season for collaborating with me on the promo snacks and giving me opportunity to use his platform as well in the Orlando area.the buzz is amazing".
