Welcome to the RoundTable Gamers, where everyone’s equal, and we roll as one solid crew. 2. We play NBA 2K, Call of Duty, UFC, WWE, and more, with the focus on fun, organization, and loyalty. 3. This rulebook lays out the guidelines to keep our squad tight-knit and running smoothly. Page 2: General Conduct 1. Respect?, You gotta give it to receive it Treat every crew member like family—no toxic behavior, period. 2. No player is better than another; we’re all equals here. 3. Represent the squad with pride. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. 4. Stay active and engaged. Ghosting the crew is not an option. 5. Be a team player—support each other on and off the court (or battlefield). Page 3: Weekly Gaming Clip Requirement 1. To remain part of the crew, you must submit at least one gaming clip every week. 2. Clips can showcase highlights, funny moments, or anything representing your gameplay. 3. Failure to turn in a clip without a valid reason means “your name will be taken”—you’ll be removed from the squad (for 1 month) and then you will be able to tryout again.  4. This rule ensures everyone stays active and invested in the squad’s culture and plans to become great.  5. Use the designated platform (Email Or Instagram) [RoundTable_Gamers28 RoundtableKafaun4k) to submit your clips. Page 4: Communication Rules 1. Keep it real but respectful—trash talk?….cant take it don’t throw it.  2. Use squad communication channels to stay updated on events and challenges. 3. Avoid drama or arguments in group chats; handle disputes privately….unless they on some fuck shit or tryna throw dirt on the squad lowkey…them the ones that get aired out and thrown to the streets.  4. No spamming or excessive trolling….unless you really puttin in work and actually winnin by all means talk ya shit…if not just sit back and play.  Stay organized and focused in discussions. 5. Mics on for teamwork…don’t nobody wanna play or can even be in the zone with a mute get you a microphone and keep it in rotation —clear communication wins games….and money.  Page 5: Gaming Etiquette 1. Play to win…sometimes people spend their hard earned money on games so they can be the best..last thing you wanna do is be losin, an L is an L..learn from it …but done be losin every game by that point you just need to hop off and retire…..but don’t forget to have fun! 2. Support the crew’s goals. Whether it’s dropping dimes,Ballin like Riley Freeman in NBA 2K or covering teammates and not gettin yo ass popped in Call of Duty, we move as one. 3. Celebrate victories together and learn from losses as a team. 4. Don’t quit on your squad mid-game….unless there’s a genuine emergency. Example:”Aye yall hold on I gotta run outside to grab this weed” 5. Stay humble and let your skills speak for themselves…if you ain’t like that just hush and play.  Page 6: Squad Structure and Unity 1. No leaders, no hierarchies—we’re all equal, and decisions are made collectively. 2. Major decisions (e.g., new game picks, rules) are voted on by the entire crew. .3 If someone’s slacking or causing issues, the crew will discuss it as a team….and then boot their ass cause we don’t like snake ass lazy bum nikkas! Page 7: Streaming and Content Creation 1. If you’re streaming or posting content, give the squad a shoutout to show pride and love!  2. Respect other members’ privacy—ask before sharing clips or tagging names. 3. Keep it clean and represent RoundTable Gamers to the fullest!  4. Collaboration is encouraged; team streams and shared content build squad hype. 5. Use the squad’s content to recruit, inspire, and celebrate our collective achievements. Page 8: New Members and Recruitment 1. New recruits must agree to the squad’s rules and culture before joining or you ain’t joining.  2. Trial members have to go through a trial WEEK! At the end of that week you will submit your best clip and it will be voted amongst the family. 3. The crew votes on adding new members—everyone gets a say. 4. Welcome new members and help them feel part of the team. Don’t worry….no jump ins will be required.  5. Disrespecting or alienating new recruits goes against our values.Keep it respectful unless disrespect is shown first! Page 9: Conflict Resolution 1. Disputes within the squad are handled as a team. No member gets singled out unfairly. 2. Talk things out like adults—private conversations can resolve most issues. 3. If needed, the crew will mediate conflicts and vote on resolutions. 4. Remember, we’re all here for the same reason: to game and have fun. 5. If a member continually disrupts the squad, their membership will be discussed collectively. Page 10: Enforcement and Amendments 1. Breaking the rules can result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the crew. 2. The decision to remove a member will be made collectively by active members. 3. Rules may be updated as the squad evolves—everyone will have a say. 4. Feedback on the rulebook is always welcome.
